I'm switching to rails-devel as indicated.

I think i managed to pull my own branch eba_r2dev on github.  Please let me know if it worked and i you can see there my first commit with a Proposal for a fix of the duplicate tunnel/bridge bonus in 1856 CGRFormationRound in it.
