[Rails-devel] Rails save files for 1856

The call for save files for 18EU allowed to fix several specific bugs 
for that game in 2.0.

As the coverage of 1856 is pretty sparse and it deviates substantially 
from 1830 can I ask all of you for 1856 save files in a similar fashion 
as before?

I expect a Release Candidate 2 ready for this weekend.
