[Rails-users] question about 1856 using RAILS 1.9.0

we are using RAILS 1.9.0 and we noticed that when the diesels come out the dividends stop paying the shares held in the bank. i dont see anything in the rules that supports a change in the bank share dividends
is this a defect?Bob
