Still open issue: What is the default setting for this game option? My current understanding from the rules set (2nd version DE and EN) available to me is that the default is that Prussian stock price raises even if there are un-exchanged (reserved) shares in the bank. However both (experienced) players John and Volker prefer the reverse as default. It could be that the 1st version of the rules were different? However I cannot find those online. Maybe anyone of you can check those? Most likely I will forward the question to 18xx yahoo, if we cannot find a clear answer.
