[Rails-devel] Rails 2.0 beta 1 available

First beta release for Rails 2.0!

This release features the full rule-compliant tile and token lay engine 
and user interface.

In addition Martin has merged all 1880 changes from latest rails 1.9.0 
release, so it should be usable for 1880 as well.

So please test the beta release and provide feedback on both usability 
and bugs of the new tile and token laying interface.

- Most of my own manual testing was done on 1830, 1835 and 1856.

- All automatic test games run.
