Hello Rails Users,

we have released a bugfix version for rails 1.8.

Rails release 1.8.11

This is a minor release fixing the following bugs:

	- 1856 : Provided a workaround for a bug reported by Pieter Lust
	- 1880 : Fixed bug in subroutine trainCanAffectOR() check went for the
8e instead
		 of 8E
