Another alpha release for Rails 2.0. This is the late summer edition.

*** Features

- New Tile laying UI nearly 100% complete.
- Combined Tile and Token laying possible.
- Token laying UI needs some more work.

*** New Games under development

- Integrate current development of 1837 (see separate mail by Martin Brumm)

- First integration of initial development for 1862 (by Michael Alexander)

*** Remarks

- All automatic test games run.
- Most reported bugs from previous 2.0 Alpha releases are still open.
