Hi Mikaela,

the game did award the presidency to the first player with a higher
share percentage and then didnt check for further players with even more
share.

This has been corrected right now with a fix pushed to the repository.
I'll release a new version later for the 1.7x branch after migrating
other non 1880 fixes to that branch.
