It adds improved token lay functionality.

The support for the standard cases of tile and token lay should be 
complete now.
For the first time Rails now only allows valid tile and token lays.

Caveats:
=> However special tile and token lays are not supported yet.
=> Map Correction mode currently deactivated.

Major Bug-fixes:
=> Fixed bug in game saving, which prevented loading saved files 
generated by Rails 2.0.
=> Moved up to library logback 1.1.1, fixed logging errors on computers 
with names that include white-space characters.
