Thanks. Both the behavior and the log confirmed that this is a related 
but different bug. I have updated the webstart contents (however not the 
jar in the file section).

This loading difference between Resources (always "/") and Files (OS 
specific separators) is a subtle issue.

Could you please test again?
If there is still a bug, please attach the log again.
