[Rails-users] 1835 bug?

Hello,

I just play a game of 1835 for the first time. I downloaded rails recently.

I have the following problem:

I own 90% of two companies. Therefore I may buy two shares above the share
limit.
But the program doesn't let me do it.
I tried: If I would own only 80% of a company the program would let me buy
another share.

Do I do something wrong? Or is there a bug in the program?
