[Rails-devel] Porting 1880 code to 2.0

Hi Guys,

please have a look at the specific_1880 branch. Its now switched to
rails2.0. No compile error but on runtime it bails because it doesnt
find the Class OperatingRoundControl_1880...

Perhaps someone out there can tell me what goes wrong :)
