Hi Andrew, 

	this should have been fixed in a later commit. 

	The problem is there that 1880 uses cities that havent been foreseen
in the tiledesigner :). 

	And i made the mistake to import the buggy/handmade Tiledesigner
Library into the repository, sorr about that. 

	I'll check that again. 

	Can you remember in which branch the buggy library is ? (I hope its
only in the 1.7.12_1880 ?)

	    When I try to open TileDictionary.18t, Tile Designer gives the
following error: "Identifier expected on line 16328"
 Looking at line 16328, it seems that that the JunType has removed. 
This has also happened to line 16660 (tiles 8887 and 8888
respectively).  These changes appear to have been made in this commit:
