[Rails-devel] Errors in Rails 1.8.0, implementation of 1880.

Hi I would like to inform the list of an error I have found during
play of the 1880 module.

In a five player game, using the "rewind" button in the report window,
one can create a situation where both 2+2 and 3 trains are available
from the IPO. Both the 2+2s and the 3s become available in the drop
down and are listed in the "New" box in the game status. See attached
screen and save file.
