[Rails-users] 1880 SCR home hex position

Hello Lonny,

regarding the SCR home base token on N12 we hit an interesting problem
in rails. Your original game map has the home base on the western hex.

So the question arose here, is the tile lay for #235 valid where the
only track is leaving that hex on the eastern edge ?
Or should it leave the hex at the western or northwestern or
southwestern edge only ?

Is the painted home hex meant as SCR starts on the western side of the
hex ? or can a player choose the orientation of #235 freely and will in
all cases use the city with the track ?
