There are at least two groups on BoardGameGeek attempting to play 1880 using Rails to help identify areas where patches are needed. Stephen Yu is leading one at http://boardgamegeek.com/thread/970103/first-post-in-this-forum-1880-pbf-may-2013 and Marc Manger has been commenting in the thread and asking questions about the game he and some friends are playing. Stephen's group, which I am part of, is playing *very* slowly. We started in May and are still in the initial stock round. Marc's group is apparently playing with a bit more alacrity. -- Chris Please consider the environment before printing this e-mail. I have brought over the 1880_specific branch, and would like to make a change to CompanyManager.xml in order to fix the revenue of the JO and the IG. My commit of this change failed with a permissions problem. >> >> What is my best approach to help with 1880? Am I allowed to make changes?
