Given that this isn't even consistent across similar printings of the same
game, I cannot see how rails could possibly keep up with having to have the
tile number the same as the printed version.  It's certainly not worth the
added cost of having 6 different number 8 tile images stored just so that
rails can cater for the differing potential positions of the tile number.
 I'm not sure it is worth doing anything about given the cost to benefit
ratio
