You just have to rotate the orientation. When laying the tile in rails,
click on it and it will rotate one hex face until it achieves the
orientation you want.

Please have a look at tile 8
rails: from south to northwest
1835: from south to northeast.
If you lay the tile 8 for example 8/D18/SE, the tile goes from se to NE, in
rails from se to W.
totaly different tile laying.
this applies also to tile 5.
