I set up the Blackwater Station page http://18xx.net/tiles/1835.htm
to match my copy of the game.  I believe it also agrees with the
orientations Bill Stoll and Steve Thomas use in their PBEM 1835 games.
Can you tell us what is different between any of those four and your set?
