[Rails-devel] Bug, 1.7.12, 1835, buying shares

At the point of this save file, Marcus wants to buy another 10% of HE
but isn't allowed.  (There was an earlier purchase of HE that was then
undone, so I'm guessing that something didn't get undone correctly.)

Also:
I've managed to clone Rails using Eclipse (on Windows XP); now how do
I build and run it?
