Undoing one or more actions during the Start Round does not appear to
restore the cash each player had available for bidding at the earlier time
(the "Free" number in the Start Round window).

Once I make additional bids, "Free" gets set to the correct number for the
player making the new bid, so the cash actually is being given back -- it
just looks like it isn't because the display doesn't get refreshed.
So this is a minor, appearance bug and not a show stopper -- but maybe
should get mentioned as a known issue in release notes.
