You can find all sources in the Sourceforge Rails project.  You may need a
Sourceforge account.
The project has a wiki, but the info in there is very limited, and probably
does not cover what you need to know.
But learning by inspecting examples should work well. You'll need to know
the basic XML  formatting rules.
