[Rails-devel] Potential 1856 bug: Revenue of 1856 IPO shares?

There is a bug reported on the issue tracker, that for 1856 Rails pays 
revenue for shares in the IPO into company treasury.
I doubt that such a bug could still exist for the heavily scrutinized 
1856 implementation ;-)
As I am no expert for 1856, can someone else have a look into this?
