I'm not, and I have what I consider quite a slow system (Dell, 2.79GHz, 1GB RAM).
At least, when reading mail I get enough long delays that I frequently hit
repeat-Ctrl-Alt-Del.  The system is otherwise quite nice, but won't take more RAM.
