[Rails-devel] BUG: Game won't load if the next user is over cert limit

Hey, try and load this save file.  On 1.7.4 it gets to the stage where
it says 'initializing' after it has given the warning that player
Chris is over cert limit and it just sits there for ages, never
finishing the load.  The workaround is to load an earlier save and
manually play through all moves until every player is within
certifcate limit.
