That is pretty much as I suspected, thanks John. So Bug #1 is that no-one
else can buy a CGR share and Bug #2 is that the putative president can't buy
one either, even though the game acknowledges and instructs that he is
required to do so. (When I say can't I mean "the game won't permit him to").
