The save or save as buttons are part of the Config-Window, not the 
dialogue displayed. The save button is not displayed yet as you cannot 
save to a predefined profile directly, so it is not active at that 
moment. This dialogue was a quick fix to a complain that it is not clear
what happens after closing the ConfigWindow. So expect to a better 
behavior sometime in the future.

Yes that is the third type of a pass action ("DeclineToBid"), which had 
no icon/icon text defined by Frederick, as this text is specific to the 
18EU startround. Fixed in Rails1.7.x branch (but not merged into master 
yet). Workaround is to click on the tiny button (with no text).
