At the point of this save file, I used the menu item "Special -> Destinations
Reached" to check whether I had recorded the companies that have destinated.

As soon as I did so, the "Done" button became grayed out.

In order to continue the game after that, I had to undo, then redo the "Set
Revenue" step.
