[Rails-devel] New predefined profile for face-to-face play and other updates

I have introduced a new predefined profile for ftf player:

Currently there are only two changes:
A) Autosave is on

B) The filename suffix suggested for saving does not indicate the next 
player, but the round name as suffix.

Executing B) I realized that there is no defined shortname for Rounds so 
far, even if it is occasionally seen (but only for stockrounds?).
I refrained from adding this now, so the long name is used here.

In addition I have changed the location to store the window settings 
from the current working directory to rails configuration folder 
introduced in Rails1.7.0: This implies that in the future windows 
settings will survive version upgrades.
