[Rails-users] I'd like to contribute to Rails project

Hi I'm a new user on the mailing list and a french 18XX player.
I've got 1870, 1830 and 18AL at home.

I've tested and approved Rails with 1830 and 18AL games and wish to
add 1870 to the playable games.

How can I help ?
I'm webmaster so I can deal with XML files and do a little development
if it's not too complicated.
