Stefan:
None of the three observations are intended behavior - and I didn't
observe any of them the last time when working on rails (which is more
than one month ago).
Due to a change to my personal situation, I will refrain from any
rails dev/hotfixing for the time being. But I'll try my best to scan
my inbox from time to time in case there are specific questions
regarding the code I added to rails. I hope you'll understand this.
