[Rails-devel] Upcoming maintenance release 1.7.1

I am planning to have 1.7.1 released later this week that will include 
at least the following:

- Fix to the Goderich tiles in 1830, 1856 and 18EU for correct revenue 
calculation (already in master)
- Fix to user handling of the configuration settings as suggested by 
previous contribution to the list (still to be committed)

For this I have created the new branch rails1.7.x, so I encourage 
everyone to commit bug-fixes to that branch. This branch will be merged 
to master before releasing 1.8.0, so there is no need to commit and/or 
push to master, however there is nothing wrong to do so.
(For Erik: It is ok if you submit to master only, I will keep 
cherry-picking your bug-fixes  from master).
