I realized that I had fixed that issue already by checking for contains
of the rootProperties, I thought after your mail that I had forgotten
to take care of that issue.

Have you created your profiles before or after the entries have been 
added to predefined ones? But still there is a check if the entries are 
of the config window at the time of save are identical to the ones in 
the predefined and if so get removed before saving.

Could you please forward me one of your profiles?
