[Rails-devel] Bug in 1.6.2, buying final Private in 1830.

Hello,

We've just started up a game of 1830, and in my turn I'm trying to 
buy the final Private.
The moment I do, Rails is insisting on the next player setting the 
price of the B&O, and I can't
cancel that, or save the game, or anything other than shut Rails down.
