[Rails-devel] 18AL map

I have added a conversion to svg of the publicly available 18GA gamekit map to
the current trunk of Rails 1.x development.
Again it only shows if the option for a map background image is activated.

As John David Galt is a user of Rails, I assume that is ok, otherwise he could 
indicate if he prefers removal of the map from the Rails repository.
