[Rails-devel] 18TN -- tile problems

My gaming buddy and I are just finishing our first game of 18TN.  We notice that the grey tile (#600) can not be laid; it is an upgrade from tile #170.  Also tile #170 is showing 168 available tiles with 2 on the board.
