[Rails-devel] 18GA map: cost of hex J10

Bug 3426993 reports that in Rails hex J10 is missing it's cost ($40).  All of the maps I can find online show this cost, and so I assume this is just an oversight in the data files.  The attached patch adds the cost.

The first patch is in git format, and the second is in Egit format.  Both patches should be identical.  Of course, the fix is only a few characters, so it may be easier to fix it by hand than to apply the patch.
