[Rails-devel] 18GA: Movement from L3 to M3

In reference to the below, I looked at the physical game and M3 there has a value of '190'.  Thus it appears to be wrong in the Rails version.

Just noticed in an ongoing 18GA game that tokens went from stock price L3 to M3.  M3, at least on the Rails version, has only a default value of "100".  I have not checked my physical copy to make sure e if M3 should exist.
