[Rails-devel] Upcoming bug-fixing release 1.5.1

I will prepare a new bug-fix release (1.5.1) tonight.
Preferably I will try to create another branch that only contains bug-fixes of 
the current stable release by hand-picking those from all commits to the 
master since the 1.5 tag.
Thus it will not contain the changes required for 1880.
