[Rails-users] Rails 1.5 is available! - Not really

Unfortunately I have deleted a required lib from the release to reduce the 
total file size to cut down the upload time.

The old files have been withdrawn, new files will be available only tomorrow, 
as I am currently away from home.
Sorry for another delay...
