So there are no used trains. That much simplifies the situation. But it does not entirely resolve all issues. </span></font></p>

Allowing buys like the first one (¥250) is pretty common in 18xx games. But it would be unusual if the second option (¥400) would be allowed, because most games restrict such prices (with director assistance) to the list price as a maximum.</span></font></p>
