I just fixed this. The home bases of some of the new variant companies (N&W, RDG, MILW) had been set up incorrectly in the XML. The 'city="0"' and 'allCitiesBlocked="yes"' attributes should only be used with multiple-station tiles, like the Erie OO home hex.
