Just tried loading this one up.  For some reason this works in the dev
code but fails in 1.4.2  NW doesn't not have a lay or no tile option
available in 1.4.2.

Erik/Stefan: is this a result of the tilelay changes recently added to
fix that D private issue in 1889?
