As a basic rule, I'm very opposed to popups that disrupt the flow of the UI and force the user's attention away from whatever they're doing. I don't like to assume that we'll know what the user wants to be doing whenever the pop-up is set to be fired. Rather than a pop-up, perhaps we can have something in the log or status areas? ---Brett.
