I have added an initial version of a "Load Recent Files" option to the
initial game setup window.
It offers a list of the 20 most recently saved files in and below the
configured save directory.  

The whole directory tree is scanned for .rails files.  For me, this works
more than fast enough, but that's local storage.
I'd be interested to hear from DropBox users if it's reasonably fast when
files are stored remotely.
