[Rails-users] 1889 Tile Manifest

I noticed that the Tile Manifest for 1889 is not the same as that listed here:

http://www.18xx.net/tiles/1889.htm

Tile #4 (2x) is not on Rails, but is on this list.

Tile #19 and #20 are on Rails, but is *not* on this list.

Do we know which one is correct?
