I use Eclipse and just created a new project via checkout from SVN.

You will (hopefully) find that the command line issues are mostly
fixed in the current development build as we noticed issues with this
aspect a few months ago and I think they are mostly all fixed now.
However, any submissions will I'm sure be gratefully received :)
