[Rails-devel] No vertical scroll bar on stock market

I just reported this as bug 3096040.

I'm playing 18EU and during the stock round, all 15 minor companies plus the
major companies are listed in the stock market.  When playing on my Mac
laptop, the "done" button and the bottom 20% of the stock market window are
unavailable, as they are off the bottom of the screen.  Playing on my
desktop with higher resolution does not, of course, encounter the same
problem.  It would help if the stock market window created vertical scroll
bars when needed.
