[Rails-users] Map zoom seems broken

I have notice in v1.4 that when I try to Zoom -> In on the map... nothing
happens until the third time I select it... then it seems to jump to the
third Zoom level... then I can zoom out one or two steps. Just a minor
annoyance so no big deal. BTW: This happens on both my windows and mac
boxes.

Also, are there any plans to have rails save the window positions, sizes and
zoom level. This would help mucho, espessially since I can't just keep rails
open and load a new game file.
