Actually there have two changes to the 18EU initial sale of minors: 1) A bug fix: Skipping the players who already passed in a started (English) auction. Different to other 18xx the 18EU rules explicitly define that passing players leave that auction. This potentially makes old save files invalid. Players should finish with Rails 1.3. 2) A requested feature: Player, who have the sole option "pass" (due to insufficient funds remaining), have that action selected automatically. This does NOT impact old save files. This is implemented on the GameManager level, thus should also work on other occasions (but not in the StockRound as here the (manual) autopass option is available in addition to the standard pass). To confirm that 2) was not the reason for the problem, I removed the superfluous passes from the save file and it is now loadable with Rails 1.4. I have attached that Rails 1.4 compatible file, if Mike wants to continue with the new version.
